Service Description
The 3-Month Deep Recalibration Intensive is a structured container for women who are ready to move beyond surface coping and create meaningful internal change. This is not a quick fix or a one-off emotional release. It is a focused phase of work designed to identify and shift the deeper patterns shaping how you show up in your life — in work, relationships, family dynamics and within your own internal dialogue. Over three months, we work progressively. Each month includes a 90-minute Deep Recalibration session where we gently unravel what has been building beneath stress, over-responsibility or emotional fatigue. We identify the identity roles you may have been living in — the strong one, the fixer, the peacemaker — and recalibrate the nervous system patterns that keep those roles in place. This allows us to move beyond insight into integration. Between sessions, you receive structured support to maintain momentum. Two follow-up check-ins per month (one 48 hours after your session and one mid-cycle) ensure that the shifts we initiate are stabilised and embodied in real life — not left behind once you walk out of the studio. This container is ideal if you: • Feel capable on the outside but internally depleted • Are navigating a transition in career, relationship or identity • Notice repeating emotional or relational patterns • Want consistent support to strengthen boundaries • Are ready to invest in focused, structured change Three months gives us the time and continuity to create steadiness — without overwhelm. By the end of this container, women often report feeling clearer in their decisions, calmer in their nervous system, more confident in their boundaries and more connected to themselves again. This is intentional, contained work. A recalibration phase. Not rushed. Not reactive. Structured and progressive. Book onto these sessions if you'd like your appointments to finish by 5pm Mon-Fri.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This confirms your commitment and begins the energetic process before we meet. Due to the size of my business and the limited number of appointments I offer, payments are non-refundable. When a session is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and it may not be possible to refill it on short notice. If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of your payment may be transferred once to a future session. The remaining 50% is retained to honour the time and energy held for your original booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable. Group Sound Baths/Quarterly Recalibration Evenings are non-refundable and due in full at the time of booking. Please also note: an additional charge will apply if your session runs beyond the stated time. Your booking is a sacred energetic agreement. Thank you for honouring this space with clarity, presence, and respect. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, 50% of your payment may be transferred once to a future session. The remaining 50% is retained to honour the time and energy held for your original booking, and because the appointment slot may not be able to be refilled at short notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the nature and size of my business, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of reason. Group Sound Baths/Quarterly Recalibration Evenings are also non-refundable, and no credit is given for missed attendance.
