I'm Nikki Dyason — a Quantum Reiki Grand Master & Instructor, energy practitioner and Spiritual Coach based in Shepperton, Surrey.

For many years, I was the capable one.

The steady one.

The reliable one.

The one who held everything together.

On the outside, I appeared calm and in control.

Internally, I was carrying far more than I realised.

That experience shaped the work I now do.

Following the passing of my father in 2016, I made the decision to step fully into this work — establishing it as a professional practice grounded in lived experience, continued learning and many years of working intuitively with people and energy.

Today, people come to me for many different reasons.

Some simply want to relax, receive Reiki and take some time away from the demands of everyday life.

Others are navigating change, feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, recognising patterns they would like to understand, or feeling ready to explore something at a deeper level.

You don't have to be struggling to work with me.

My approach is calm, grounded, intuitive and personal.

Quantum Reiki sits at the heart of my work, but over the years I have trained extensively across energy healing, spiritual practices, coaching, sound, cards, meditation and other complementary approaches.

I don't believe every person needs the same thing, which is why I don't follow a rigid formula.

Sometimes the most appropriate session is simply Reiki — an opportunity to switch off, receive and reset.

At other times, there may be something you want to talk through or explore more deeply. This is where my wider experience allows our work together to develop in a different direction.

Every session is responsive and centred around the individual in front of me.

My role is not to tell you how to live your life or position myself as the authority over your experience.

It is to create a supportive space where you can pause, reconnect with yourself, explore what is present and listen more clearly to your own internal guidance.

Intuition, Energy & Spirituality

Alongside my professional training, my work has been shaped by a lifelong sensitivity to people, energy and environments.

From a young age, I was aware that I often perceived and experienced things differently. Over time, curiosity became exploration, exploration became training, and eventually this developed into the intuitive way I work today.

I remain deeply interested in energy, consciousness, human behaviour, spirituality and the many different ways we experience ourselves and the world around us.

For me, however, spiritual work should never take away your personal choice or responsibility.

It should help you reconnect with it.

In addition to my formal training and qualifications, my approach has evolved through over nine years of dedicated personal study, intuitive practice, spiritual exploration and integrated energy work, including Shamanic Reiki and other energy-based modalities that have become part of my own approach.

These modalities are not all offered as individual services.

Instead, my wider experience gives me a substantial toolkit to draw upon when appropriate. If there is a particular area you feel strongly drawn towards, you are always welcome to discuss it with me.

You don't need to decide which modality you need — that's my toolkit, not your homework.

A Background in People Development

Before establishing my practice, I spent over 12 years working within BUPA, with the majority of that time in Training & Development.

It was a very different environment from the work I do today, but looking back, I can see how much of what I learned there became part of the foundation for my work with people.

My role involved working closely with senior management teams, hospital managers, trainers and staff across the country, coordinating leadership and development programmes, preparing training materials, organising national events and supporting both new and existing team members.

I regularly attended many of the courses myself, including Leadership in Management and Managing Personal Growth, giving me valuable experience in communication, confidence, personal development and the different ways people respond to challenge and change.

The role also required strong organisational and interpersonal skills, including recruitment and training of temporary staff, report management, national travel coordination, event organisation and collaboration with training professionals to ensure programmes ran smoothly.

During this time, I attended corporate functions and represented the company at professional events, including a formal event at The Savoy where I found myself seated alongside explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes — a wonderful person and an absolute pleasure to talk to.

I later moved into consultancy support with Glendinning Management Consultants, working closely with managers and external clients across a wide variety of global industries.

My responsibilities included presentation preparation, customer liaison, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements and supporting multiple teams within fast-paced environments.

That experience strengthened my adaptability, communication skills and ability to work comfortably with people from many different backgrounds.

Looking back, these experiences built foundations that remain important in my work today — listening to people, understanding what they need, communicating clearly and meeting the individual rather than applying the same approach to everyone.

A Lifelong Love of Horses

Horses have been a significant part of my life for many years and remain one of my greatest passions.

Alongside my work with people, I've had the privilege of working intuitively with horses, bringing together my love and understanding of equines with Reiki and energy work.

Following a hip injury, I stepped back from working with horses for a time. I'm now delighted to be back in the saddle, looking forward to welcoming my own horse again in the future, and once more offering Equine Reiki sessions.

Horses continually remind me of the importance of presence, patience, observation and trust.

You cannot force a horse to engage with you.

You listen.

You observe.

You give them space.

And you allow them to respond in their own way and in their own time.

Interestingly, those same qualities sit at the heart of how I work with people.

My Work Today

After many years of learning, training and evolving, I've actually come back to something very simple:

Meet the person where they are.

You might come to me because you've never experienced energy healing before and you're curious.

You might want an hour of Quantum Reiki because you love Reiki, life has been busy, or you simply want some peaceful time for yourself.

You might be carrying something you'd like support with.

Or you might know that you're ready to explore something more deeply through a Deep Recalibration session.

There doesn't have to be something wrong.

There isn't one type of person you need to be.

And you don't need to understand all of the different things I've trained in before you walk through my door.

Come as you are.

My role is to meet you there and work with you from that point.
