I'm Nikki Dyason — a Quantum Reiki Grand Master/Instructor, Spiritual Coach and Transformation Guide based in Surrey.

For many years, I was the capable one.
The steady one.
The reliable one.
The one who held everything together.

​

On the outside, I appeared calm and in control.
Internally, I was carrying far more than I realised.

​

That experience shaped the work I now do.

​

Following the passing of my father in 2016, I made the decision to step fully into this work — establishing it as a professional practice grounded in both lived experience and continued refinement.

​

Today, I support women who are strong, capable and deeply responsible — yet quietly exhausted, over-functioning or disconnected from themselves.

​

My approach is grounded, structured and emotionally intelligent.

I do not offer surface-level healing or performative coaching.
 

This is not about quick fixes, high-intensity transformation, or dependency.

I work at the level of identity, subconscious patterning and nervous system recalibration — helping women release over-responsibility, strengthen boundaries, and return to themselves in a way that is steady, sustainable and real.

Every session is responsive, contained and rooted in your lived reality.

While my work is grounded in spiritual coaching, it is guided by a lifelong attunement to energy, perception, and human behaviour — combined with a strong emphasis on discernment, clarity, and personal responsibility.

From a young age, I was aware of an innate sensitivity to people and environments, alongside a natural ability to perceive beyond conventional frameworks. Over time, this developed into a clear, embodied understanding of how internal states shape external experience.​

In addition to my formal training and qualifications, my approach has evolved through over 9 years of dedicated personal study, intuitive practice, spiritual exploration, and integrated healing work, including Shamanic Reiki and other energy-based modalities that have become part of my own unique approach.

These modalities are not offered as separate services.

​​​

They are integrated where appropriate to support depth, clarity and meaningful transformation — within a contained, professional and discreet framework.

My work has evolved not by adding more, but by refining what genuinely creates change.

​​

I do not position myself as the authority over your life.

​​

My role is to help you see clearly, reconnect with your own internal guidance, and make grounded decisions that align with who you are now — not who you have been.

​​​A Background in People Development:

For over 12 years I worked within BUPA, spending the majority of that time in Training & Development where I developed a deep understanding of people, communication, personal growth, and professional development.

​​​​

My role involved working closely with senior management teams, hospital managers, trainers, and staff across the country, coordinating leadership and development programmes, preparing training materials, organising national events, and supporting both new and existing team members. I regularly attended many of the courses myself — including Leadership In Management and Managing Personal Growth — which gave me valuable insight into how to help people build confidence, overcome challenges, and reach their potential.

​​

The role also required strong organisational and interpersonal skills, including recruitment and training of temporary staff, report management, national travel coordination, event organisation, and collaboration with training professionals to ensure every programme ran smoothly. During this time I attended corporate functions and represented the company at professional events, including a formal event at The Savoy where I was seated alongside explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes. What a great guy and pleasure to chat with.

I later moved into consultancy support with Glendinning Management Consultants, where I worked closely with managers and external clients across a wide variety of global industries. My responsibilities included presentation preparation, customer liaison, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, and supporting multiple teams in fast-paced environments. This role strengthened my adaptability, communication skills, and ability to quickly learn and respond to different people’s needs.

Looking back, these experiences built the foundations for the work I do today — helping people feel supported, understood, empowered, and capable of growth.

A Lifelong Love of Horses

Horses have been a significant part of my life for many years and remain one of my greatest passions.

​

Alongside my work with people, I've had the privilege of working intuitively with horses, combining my love of equines with energy healing to support their emotional, energetic and behavioural wellbeing.

 

Following a hip injury, I took a step back from working with horses for a time. I'm now delighted to be back in the saddle, looking forward to welcoming my own horse again in the future, and once more offering Equine Quantum Reiki & Energy Balancing sessions.

 

Working with horses reminds me daily of the importance of presence, patience and trust—qualities that also sit at the heart of my work with people.

 

Whether I'm supporting a person or a horse, my intention is always the same: to create a calm, compassionate space where lasting change can unfold naturally.
