Preparing for Your Session
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
Staying hydrated afterwards supports integration.
Phones should be switched off to maintain a calm, contained space.
All sessions are by advance booking.
Working with me facilitates deep recalibration across the emotional, physical, and energetic body.

All sessions are booked through the online system.
Private sessions are limited each month to ensure depth and quality of care.
About My Work
My work is grounded in many years of advanced training and integration across a range of energy healing and subconscious modalities/methods. Rather than working within a single technique, I draw on a depth of experience to facilitate sessions that are intuitive, responsive, and tailored entirely to the individual. This allows for a level of transformation that goes beyond structured methods, with each session unfolding uniquely according to what is needed in the moment. The way I work is the result of many years of training and integration across multiple modalities. It isn’t a set structure that can be taught or reproduced, but something that develops uniquely for each practitioner through their own depth of experience.
This work continues to evolve as an expression of my own path and experience, and is shared as such.
Terms and Conditions
Booking & Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Securing your session in this way allows the process to begin with clarity and commitment before we meet.
Due to the size of my business and the limited number of appointments I offer, payments are non-refundable. When a session is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you, and it may not be possible to refill it on short notice.
If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of your payment may be transferred once to a future session. The remaining 50% is retained to honour the time and energy held for your original booking.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Quarterly Return To Yourself Sound Bath Sessions are non-refundable and due in full at the time of booking.
Please also note: an additional charge will apply if your session runs beyond the stated time.
Your booking is a sacred energetic agreement. Thank you for honouring this space with clarity, presence, and respect.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, 50% of your payment may be transferred once to a future session. The remaining 50% is retained to honour the time and energy held for your original booking, and because the appointment slot may not be able to be refilled at short notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Due to the nature and size of my business, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of reason.
Quarterly Return To Yourself Sound Bath Sessions are also non-refundable, and no credit is given for missed attendance.

Honouring the Energy Exchange For Sessions
Every session I offer begins long before we meet. It's more than time - it's a sacred energetic contract. From the moment you book, I start preparing your unique field, tuning in, receiving intuitive guidance, adjusting my vibration to meet you in your moment of transformation, and preparing the space for your healing. The booking process is part of the energetic contract we enter together.

Cancellation Policy for Return To Yourself Group Sound Baths
All bookings for the Return To Yourself Group Sound Baths are non-refundable.
Due to the limited spaces available and the energetic preparation involved, I'm unable to offer refunds if you're no longer able to attend - regardless of notice given.
If you can't make it, you are welcome to gift or transfer your place to someone else. Please let me know their name before the event.
I do not manage resales or waitlists for cancellations. The responsibility for filling your space lies with you.
Thank you for respecting the sacred container of these events and the energy that goes into holding them, and thank you for understanding that your booking reserves more than just a spot - it anchors your presence in the energetic field of the event.
Kindly note, if you continually re-schedule or cancel sessions with me I have the option to refuse future bookings.
Honouring the Energy Exchange
Each session is a co-creative energy exchange that begins long before our scheduled time. From the moment you book, I begin preparing the energetic space, connecting with your field, and receiving insight to support your transformation. These policies reflect not just time, but the sacred preparation, intuition, and alignment poured into each offering.
Lateness Policy
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your session if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time it will be considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
Refusal to Treat Policy
Please note, I have the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment or training at any point where I deem it necessary. If a person arrives under the influence of alcohol; under the influence of recreational drugs; has had recent surgery; behaves in an inappropriate matter; is obviously unwell (temperature, cold, sickness, digestive upset etc) or becomes offensive, I will cease treatment or training and politely ask them to leave. In all of these cases there will not be a refund and I reserve the right not to take any further bookings for you or for any further appointments or training.
If a person is undergoing a medical issue which is a contraindication for therapy this must be disclosed to me and discussed before any treatments can take place. If a person has an obvious reaction to any essential oils or incense I am using I will politely ask them to leave their session for that day as all allergies etc must be disclosed to me upon asking when booking. In the case of allergies or intolerances, I will be happy to book another session with you once you can confirm to me exactly what you are allergic or intolerant to so that I can make every effort to eliminate them from your treatment. In the case of pet allergies, I am unable to accommodate this request at present as I own dogs.
Please note, if you fail to attend a booked session with me and make no effort to contact me to re-schedule or cancel I reserve the right to refuse any future sessions with you. If you repeatedly cancel or re-schedule your appointments I reserve the right not to offer any future sessions with you.
Access to my Studio
For all sessions, please wear comfortable, warm clothing and bring a bottle of water with you for afterwards. Water helps your body to release the toxins after a treatment session. You will need to increase your water intake for at least 24 hours (preferably 48 hours) after all treatments to enable your body to release old energies and toxins. For all treatment sessions I will meet you at my side gate. There is a bell you can ring if you want to but I will meet you at the gate at the time of your appointment. Please do not ring or knock on the front door. If you are running a little late please ensure you either text or voice message me to let me know and then message me again when you have arrived so I am not waiting around for you.
I will give you my full address when your booking is made and the payment has been received. Parking is almost always available on my driveway or you may wish to use the side road. Please note I do not accept any liability for your car whilst parked in my driveway.
For all Courses, please ring the bell or knock on the front door so that any packed lunches etc can be put into the fridge and we can make our refreshments for the morning before we start.
Please note: Please do not touch any of my equipment unless invited to do so, as any breakages must be paid for.
I will record some sessions for my own use.
These fees, policies, terms and conditions etc are subject to review and may change.
