Seasonal Reset & Sound Healing Evening for Women
There are moments in life where everything feels full.
Where your mind is busy, your body is tired, and you realise you haven’t truly paused in a long time.
These evenings are your invitation to step out of that.
To soften.
To breathe.
To come back to yourself.
A Different Kind of Reset
Beginning this June, my monthly sound baths evolve into Return To Yourself Evenings — gently guided, intentionally held spaces for women who need to reset without overwhelm.
Rather than pushing forward, these evenings honour the natural rhythm of the seasons and the emotional shifts they bring.
Each session is designed to help you:
release what you’ve been holding
reconnect with your body
find clarity and steadiness
feel like yourself again
This is not about fixing or forcing.
It’s about allowing.
Working With the Seasons
Across the year, we move through the body’s energetic centres — creating a deeper sense of alignment as the seasons unfold.
Each gathering builds gently on the last:
Spring – Root & Sacral
Grounding, safety, renewal, creativity and forward movement (2027 date to be confirmed)
Summer – Solar Plexus & Heart (Sunday 28th June 2026)
Boundaries, identity, responsibility and emotional openness
Autumn – Throat & Third Eye (Sunday 20th September 2026)
Truth, expression, clarity and intuitive alignment
Winter – Crown & Integration (Sunday 20th December 2026)
Reflection, release and deep nervous system restoration
What to Expect
Each evening runs from 6.30pm – 8.30pm and is carefully structured to guide you into a state of deep rest and gentle recalibration.
Your experience will include:
Guided seasonal intention setting
Structured reflection aligned with the chakra focus
Targeted sound healing using carefully selected instruments
Individual energetic recalibration woven throughout
A grounded closing ritual with space for integration
These sessions are calm, contained and deeply restorative.
There is no pressure to share, perform, or be anything other than you are.
A Space to Fully Switch Off
Many women arrive feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated or simply tired.
Most leave feeling:
lighter
calmer
clearer
deeply rested
Some come straight in their comfies…
some even in their pyjamas.
This is your space to fully exhale.
Practical Details
Please bring:
A pillow and blanket
A bottle of water
Mats and eye pillows are provided
Please wear comfortable clothing.
A gentle grounding close (with chocolate) is included at the end of each session.
If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let me know in advance.

Each evening is limited to just five women.
