Why I'm Returning to Equine Quantum Reiki & Energy Balancing

There are some things in life that never really leave your heart.

For me, horses have always been one of them.

For many years, I had the privilege of working with horses, combining my love of these incredible animals with the energy work that has become such an important part of my life.

Then life unexpectedly took me in a different direction.

Following a serious hip injury, I was no longer able to ride, and gradually my work became focused on supporting people through Quantum Reiki and Deep Recalibration. Whilst I loved helping my clients, there was always a part of me that missed spending time with horses.

Thankfully, life has a wonderful way of bringing us back to the things we're meant to do.

Today, I'm riding again, looking forward to welcoming my own horse in the future, and I'm absolutely delighted to be returning to Equine Quantum Reiki & Energy Balancing. It feels like coming home.

Horses have an incredible way of reminding us to slow down, be present and simply listen. They don't judge, they don't pretend, and they communicate with remarkable honesty through their behaviour, body language and energy.

Every horse is unique, with their own personality, experiences and way of processing the world around them. Some may be navigating change, some may benefit from support during periods of stress, while others simply enjoy the opportunity to relax and rebalance.

Every session is completely horse-led.

There is no expectation, no pressure and no agenda.

I create a calm, supportive environment and allow each horse to guide the session at their own pace. Some horses stand quietly with their eyes gently closed. Others yawn, lick and chew, wander away before returning, or simply enjoy the space to be themselves.

There is no right or wrong response—only what feels right for that individual horse.

As I begin this next chapter, I'm excited to reconnect with the horse community and once again support both horses and their owners through this gentle, intuitive approach.

Sessions take place at your horse's own yard, where they can remain relaxed and comfortable in familiar surroundings.

Whether your horse would benefit from support during a period of change, help with emotional or energetic wellbeing, or simply the opportunity to relax and rebalance, I'd be honoured to meet them.

After all, every horse deserves the opportunity to be heard.

Update: Since writing this, I've been delighted to return to working with horses. Seeing Peggy Sue relax so deeply during her session, and hearing from her owner a week later that she seemed more content, settled and happy, reminded me just how much I love this work. I'm excited to support many more horses and their owners in the months ahead.
